Recirculating air passing through the duct will be disinfected. UV-C light at a wavelength of 254 nm enters a cell, it disintegrates the DNA or RNA of the microorganisms present in the air and inactivates them.
By applying an adequate dosage of UV-C with sufficient energy, disease-causing pathogens such as viruses, bacteria, and fungus are inactivated in a way that they cannot replicate. Thus improving the air quality (IAD) consequently, improving health, comfort and productivity.
